With the "Swiss Forum for Electric Mobility", a new Swiss competence centre was founded in 2011. It's mission is to accompany the market introduction of electric vehicles in Switzerland. The Forum's secretariat is hosted by the Mobility Academy in Bern. It coordinates the various activites within the Forum and provides and dissimantes know-how to stakeholders across industries, public administrations and academia.

Key-questions determing our work are: What do electric mobility products and services need to offer in order to attract future users, and can transport behavior be altered in order for the electric mobility market to reach a critical mass? What is the potential of electric mobility in Switzerland to contribute to an economically, socially and ecologically sustainable transport system?

For cost reasons, we can only maintain this website in French and German. However, we try to provide important information also in Italian and English.
